Cooking classes

Arancine, caponata, almond cake – you name it, don an apron and off you go on a joyful two-hour meal preparation class where amidst the clinking of pots and pans you soak up the essence of Sicilian culinary tradition. Between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm our almonds, our extra virgin olive oil and the produce of our garden are all it takes for a glorious menu that is respectful of both seasonality and the territory.
